Thready or Not

You're invited to toast the opening of Mi Golondrina's six-month Houston pop-up with margaritas and mariachi tonight.

Mi Golondrina Houston (Through March 2020)
Rice Village
2528 Amherst St

A little birdie told us you love embroidered dresses.

Lucky you, Mi Golondrina opens in Houston this morning (party details below). Named for the Spanish word for swallow or songbird, the big-deal Dallas-based brand—featured in the pages of Vogue and Elle—has opened a six-month pop-up in Rice Village. Intricately-detailed dresses, blouses, pillows and clothing for the littlest amigas are hand-embroidered in Mexico using traditional techniques. Houston Tidbits readers are invited for margaritas and mariachi at the Grand Opening Fiesta tonight, Thurs, Sept 12, from 5 - 7 p.m., co-hosted by Bailey McCarthy of Biscuit.
Prepare to get your stitch fix.
