Banana Bread Granola

1 cup of oats
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon maple flavor
1 really ripe banana
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
10-15 whole pecans broken into piece
Cinnamon
Pre-heat oven to 400. Mash the banana up well with vanilla and maple. In another bowl mix the oats, coconut oil, pecans and a few sprinkles of cinnamon. Add the banana mixture to the bowl and mix until everything is dispersed evenly.
Throw on a pan and bake until desired crispyness is met. (Around 20-25 minutes) Let it cool for about 10 minutes and it will harden more like granola. Serves one.
