If These Walls Could Talk

Check out the latest collection from artist Hayley Gaberlavage at the Henry Howard Hotel.

From the free matchbooks to the waffle weave robes, there are plenty of reasons you love a hotel visit.
Taking your staycation to artsy heights comes the seriously rad work of artist Hayley Gaberlavage. The owners of divine Garden District respite, the Henry Howard Hotel, have sought out her talents for the second time to create custom pieces displayed in guest rooms - originally she painted portraits of the owners with their faces covered by mementos like cocktails and flowers. In her next exhibit, debuting this weekend, her concept “Keeping Your Cool” showcases Southern summer-inspired pieces of poolside gatherings and sun-shaded ladies.
So much sweeter than a mint on a pillow.

Meet Hayley and take a first look of her artwork at the Henry Howard Hotel THIS Friday, July 21, from 5 - 7 p.m. in the hotel parlor. Her pieces will be available for purchase, ranging in price from $200 - $3,000.
