Cinderella. Sleeping Beauty. Rapunzel. We gals grew up with fairytales of white knights and damsels in distress.

For a modern twist, two self-sufficient gals (one a UT alum) have kicked the prince to the curb and started a rescue effort of their own. From their combo comes Doucette Duvall, a line that touts the “little green dress” and eco-friendly frocks made from fine vintage fabrics. There’s also a collection of bow-shaped accessories and belts reworked from dress scraps, a tribute to Rachel Zoe’s right-hand Brad. These green sleeves were featured on the pages of Vogue and on the silver screen (via the SATC movie).
