Ready for a Lone Star and live music? The 11th Street Cowboy Bar features classic country on the weekends, and you can bring your own steak on Wednesday nights and ask them to grill it up.

Ask for a Bandera Royal (champagne with pomegranate juice) at the quaint Mulberry’s Wine and Cheese Bar. They’ve got a big city wine list with none of the attitude and high prices.

Slip into some "cowboy couture" and take in the cap gun collection that hangs from the ceiling at Gunslinger, a ranchwear store that features unique jewelry and home goods, too. There’s always something cold in the fridge, which is reason enough to stop in, and you’re sure to walk out with a beautiful treasure.
